Our lead facilitator, Andrew Fa'avale has consulted in and with communities, universities, schools, government and the youth justice sector to nurture Pasifika success in Australia.

His Pasifika-focused research projects have been across health, education, cultural competence and criminology. He is the co-founder of MANA Pasifika (www.mana.org.au) an NGO that seeks to support Pasifika peoples to thrive. 

Andrew is a Samoan by blood, Kiwi by birth and Aussie by choice.
